Let's talk about...
The Story
I’m Gábor Bazsali, an architect living in Budapest. It all started with 3D printing. In the summer of 2008, armed with a fresh architecture degree, I launched my own 3D printing business with a printer I built myself. Being open to new experiences, my adventurous nature led me to quickly learn the ropes and build a successful enterprise. Perhaps it’s this spirit of exploration that has kept my creative drive alive even after 14 years.
One sunny weekday afternoon, during a stroll, I wandered into a small art gallery in Budapest. There, I encountered generative art for the first time at a Vera Molnar exhibition. This exhibition was a defining moment for me, as I was captivated by the simplicity and elegance of the artworks, so I decided to take a closer look at it.
Core Value
The simplicity of the images deeply moved me and piqued my interest in expressing my own creativity in a similar way. I wanted to create a space where technology and art converge, where each creation tells a unique story.
Behind the works
Behind every artwork lies inspiration and hard work. I believe art has the power to connect people, evoke thoughts, and stir emotions. I want every Lineworkart piece to be more than just a decor item in homes, I want it to be an experience that sparks people’s imaginations.
For me, Lineworkart is more than just a brand, it’s a platform to share my love for art and technology with others.
What is Generative art?
Generative Art, Algorithmic Art, Computational Design, Parametrics are all different names for this method of designing. Essentially using the power of computation to realize your ideas. Algorithms are like programs, you are creating a series of instructions for the computer to follow. They can be short and sweet, or they can be long and confusing. The beauty of generative art is that every drawing can be unique. Simple ideas can extrapolate to be unbelievably complex. A little change gives you totaly different aproach. Concepts can be refined until the design is perfectly what you want. Designs can also utilize physics simulations, machine learning, or even chaos theory.
